We're seeking an Estimator to scope restoration projects, prepare accurate estimates, and work closely with foremen, adjusters, contractors, vendors, and customers from start to finish. You will play an important role in residential and commercial projects while helping ensure every job is priced accurately and completed successfully.

• First-year earnings of $65,000 to $75,000

Responsibilities

• Scope projects with foremen
• Write Xactimate estimates
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters
• Negotiate project scope and pricing
• Communicate with customers and vendors

Requirements

• Prior experience
• Fluent in Xactimate estimating
• Construction and mitigation knowledge
• DASH experience preferred
• XactAnalysis and DocuSketch experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
