Typical functions include but are not limited to: gathering and preparing Claim Reporting, IBNR's. Preparing spreadsheets to display and communicate fully Insured pre-renewal projections, and plan designs change request.The FA is responsible for tracking project request, and vetting project submissions for accuracy. The job of the FA is to use technical expertise to build spreadsheets and adjust current templates for the EBFC department to allow them to provide more consulting to the benefit consultant team.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Preparing/tracking of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting (Claim Reporting, IBNR's) on selected book of businessCommunicating with the Benefit Consultant team regarding outstanding data needed based on submission received and TAT expectedTrack all necessary carrier portal information (Log in and password) for report gathering to produce reportingMaintaining clear communication in team meetings with EBFC teamManage Book of Business templateManage Project Request Tracking templateUse technical skills as needed to prepare excel templates and reporting for EBFC team.Requirements:BA degree in Math or Finance or technical degree preferredKnowledge of employee benefitsFamiliar with HRA/HSA's as well as Self-Funded, Fully-Insured fundingProficiency with Microsoft Office productsStrong math, communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsDemonstrates multi-tasking abilityMust be detail-oriented, well-organized and have the ability to manage a high volume workload withWe invest in your growth.
