Position Details: Job Title: Financial Analyst III Location: Overland Park, KS 66251 Pay Rate: $50/hour on W2 Work Arrangement: Onsite Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll programs to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting. Oversee payroll tax, garnishments, and payroll operations while maintaining compliance. Lead payroll-related projects, including testing, data validation, and implementation. Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives. Partner with Legal, Accounting, and Human Resources to resolve payroll-related issues. Analyze payroll data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in payroll processing, payroll operations, and compliance. Strong knowledge of payroll tax and garnishments. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with HR, Payroll, reporting applications, and system integrations is preferred.
