Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Demonstrate Hyundai vehicle features, technology, and benefits Build relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication Work with management to achieve individual and dealership sales goals Stay current on Hyundai products, incentives, and programsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and people skills Self-motivated individuals with a desire to succeed Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required!
