Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification with a hands‑on component – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary. TB skin test current within the last 12 months. Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA). Must have reliable transportation.
