Registered Nurse - Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown ICU

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience for a contract position. This role requires effective collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Participate in patient and family education to facilitate recovery and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience.
• Epic experience is required.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
• Neuro-Progressive competency exam completion upon offer acceptance.

Schedule

This position requires work on a 7 PM to 7:30 AM shift.
