1st Shift Warehouse Associate Order Picker

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in vision and mirror systems for commercial vehicles, is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong attendance, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Location: NEW BERLIN, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: First Shift (6:45 AM to 3:15 PM)

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using voice-to-pick technology
• Operate motorized carts to move products within the warehouse
• Learn and understand product lines and warehouse layout
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Support fulfillment processes to ensure next-day shipment commitments

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and recertify if needed
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
• Great attitude and excellent attendance record
