Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking a Spanish-speaking Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Insurance Defense practice to handle insurance coverage and litigation matters.

• Manage all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation matters.
• Communicate with clients, evaluate cases, and conduct written discovery.
• Handle motion practice, depositions of witnesses and experts, and court hearings.
• Represent clients in mediations and assist with trial preparation.
• Prepare for and participate in trials while conducting efficient electronic legal research.

• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Active Texas State Bar license required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to conduct efficient electronic legal research.
• Spanish-speaking attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply.
