Team Lead Overview: We're looking for a motivated, experienced, wellness-focused leader to guide our crew at Smoothie King Margate. As Team Lead, you'll keep operations smooth, inspire your team, and help guests crush their health goals one smoothie at a time. Your Day-to-Day: Lead by example, delivering top-notch guest experiences. Motivate your team and maintain a fun, productive vibe. Oversee smooth daily operations- clean, organized, and on point. Train and coach team members to excel. Monitor inventory, ensure quality, and solve challenges. Handle guest concerns like a pro, ensuring satisfaction. What You Bring: Leadership experience in food service or retail (required). A passion for health and wellness. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
