The defining feature of our company culture is a specialized 40-hour work week, efficiently condensed into four days. By finishing your work by Friday afternoon, you are guaranteed a consistent 3-day weekend every week .

Work Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. ( Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend Every Week! )
Earnings: We offer competitive base pay with additional Overtime (OT) opportunities available.

Core Responsibilities & Qualifications
Operational Support: Assist in sustaining a secure work environment by keeping all machinery, tools, and work zones tidy and well-maintained.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid understanding of shop environments, including the precise use of tape measures and standard power/hand tools.
Physical Readiness: Possess the stamina required for the daily physical tasks of a cabinet shop, such as loading, carrying, and lifting various materials.
Mandatory Logistics: A valid drivers license is required.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience with the safe operation and towing of small utility trailers is highly valued.
Professional Momentum: Maintain a strong work ethic and consistent productivity from start to finish each day.
