• Drive results through effective merchandising, inventory control, and P&L management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze sales, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Create an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in grocery, food service, or retail management.
• A proven leader with a collaborative, motivational style and a growth mindset.
• Strong background in warehouse management, operations, and loss prevention.
• Expertise in P&L oversight, payroll, staffing, and training.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
