As a Security Officer Screening Agent in Mooresville, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help support security-related screening activities, monitor assigned areas, and interact with employees, visitors, and/or deliveries with professionalism. This role offers the chance to stay active, remain visible, and help to deter incidents while delivering strong customer service and communication. At Allied Universal, you will be part of a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

- Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a busy logistics and distribution location.
- Screen people, packages, bags, and/or incoming items in accordance with post instructions, reporting unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy concerns to site leadership.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or other site activity as required.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and escalation protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, damaged access points, and/or operational issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
