Key Duties Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls Coordinate with external CPA firms, banks, and other financial partners Manage sales tax reporting and compliance Support job costing, inventory reporting, and operational analysis within a manufacturing environment Partner with ownership on forecasting, growth initiatives, capital investments, and strategic planning Help improve systems, reporting, and overall financial processes as the company continues to grow Highlighted Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of accounting leadership experience preferred Must have experience in the Manufacturing, Logistics or Print Production industries Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management Experience with ERP/accounting systems Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and staff at all levels Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment This information is a brief job summary for recruiting purposes only and does not constitute the entire job description, duties, or requirements.
