Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheet tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Good basic math, analytical, follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ERP software; SAP experience is a plus
• Experience in airline and food manufacturing industries is helpful
• Ability to adapt to change and support change management initiatives
• Basic understanding and application knowledge of ERP systems
• Solid working knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and solve problems efficiently
  Responsibilities:
• The position is a multitasking role with an emphasis on the use of various software applications for vendor invoice management, purchase order receiving transactions, and dispatch relief.
• The individual will be required to remain active, including standing and walking to the front door for visitors and visiting the food storeroom to address vendor paperwork inquiries and related matters.
