You'll accurately pick, prepare, and stage parts for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with precision, and being part of a team that depends on one another.What You'll DoAccurately pick parts using pick tickets or electronic scanning devicesRetrieve items from designated warehouse locationsVerify correct items, quantities, and specifications for each orderInspect parts for damage or defects and report issues as neededSafely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, cherry picker or forkliftsStage, label, and prepare parts for packing or shipmentHelp maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies or low stockFollow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usageCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep workflows smoothWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills and understanding of quantities and inventoryComfort using warehouse equipment and handheld devicesStrong communication and organizational skillsCommitment to safety and teamworkPhysical & Work Environment ExpectationsStanding, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shiftRegular lifting of 20–50 lbs (with assistance or equipment as needed)Moderate stress level in a deadline-driven environmentActive role throughout an 8-hour workdayEmployment RequirementsValid driver's license and ability to meet motor vehicle report standardsAbility to pass pre-employment drug and background screeningsWhy Work at Ricart?Family-owned company with a long-standing reputationTeam-focused culture where your work mattersOpportunity to grow your skills and build a stable careerRicart is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
