We believe in investing in our people and are happy to train motivated individuals who are excited to learn and grow.What You'll Do:Assist dentists and the clinical team during a variety of dental procedures.Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.Take dental radiographs (or learn to do so through our training program, if applicable).Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide pre- and post-operative instructions.Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team as needed.What We're Looking For:Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the State of Iowa is preferred, but not required.We welcome experienced dental assistants and are also happy to train motivated individuals who are new to the dental field.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.A passion for providing outstanding patient care.Why Join Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry?At Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry, we're committed to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming, technology-driven environment.
