Daily Volume: Variable, 3-8 cases per day depending on Room assignment
Additional Providers/Support Staff: 1:3 MD Supervision Model EMR System(s): EPIC
Lic/Certs: Active CA Lic | BLS
BC/BE: BC Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 90 Days from time application is submitted
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: 3 Months with option to extend
Shift: Monday – Friday; 2 Providers for 7a-3:30p, 1 Provider for 11a-7:30p - Full Time only: 40hrs weekly, 8 Hours per day. May consider 4x8s / 32/hrs per week as well. Possible alternate option for 4 days - would need to work 2x12's and 2x8's weekly. Flexible candidates are key. Housing/Travel: All inclusive

Notes: Covid Vaccination Preferred – will consider waivers Required exp : General, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Gastro, Healthy Peds , Head and Neck, Thoracic, Int. Rad – OR Coverage only, no Labor and Delivery Preferred exp : n/a
