POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a Mobility Sales Consultant to help customers find vehicles and adaptive equipment that fit their individual mobility needs.

This is a consultative sales role combining in-store customer appointments, field sales, lead management, and relationship building . You'll sell new and used mobility vehicles along with adaptive equipment such as driving aids, scooter lifts, and accessories.

It's a strong opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and earning $90K–$100K in total compensation .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Sell new and used mobility vehicles and vehicle conversions .
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right mobility solutions.
• Sell adaptive equipment including driving aids, scooter lifts, and accessories.
• Manage assigned leads and follow up consistently using the CRM.
• Build relationships with customers from initial consultation through vehicle delivery.
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Coordinate customer handoffs with the service department.
• Stay current on new mobility products, features, and technology.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Attend sales training and occasional marketing events.
• Assist with moving vehicles between locations when needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3–5 years of sales, customer-facing, or related experience.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and customer relationships at the same time.
• Customer-first approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint .
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
