Community Branch Manager - Loan Officer

Job Title: Community Branch Manager - Retail Banking / Consumer Lending
Location: Columbia, SC (2 openings )
Schedule: Full-time

Our client provides a relationship-driven, community-focused banking environment where personalized service and local impact are at the core of everything they do. They are known for building strong customer relationships while supporting local businesses and economic growth.
They are looking for you, an experienced Community Branch Manager , to lead branch performance, drive growth, and build meaningful relationships within the Columbia market.

Drive branch growth through loans, deposits, and new customer relationships
Build and expand small business and consumer banking relationships
Engage with local businesses and community partners to generate new opportunities
Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales goals
Deliver exceptional, relationship-based customer service
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and operational standards

What you need to succeed:

3-5 years of retail banking experience with consumer lending required
Experience in small business lending or business development preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to build relationships quickly and represent the bank in the community
Solid understanding of banking products, operations, and compliance
