Client Service Representative Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists in Williston, VT WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system
2. Warmly greets clients
3. Prepares patient files
4. Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records
5. Answers client's inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures
6. Educates clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions
7. Admits patients and handles medical records entries accurately
8. Prepares client invoices for services performed
9. Handles payment transactions
10. Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required
• Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
