OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Winston-Salem, NC by HMD Trucking
$1,505 - $2,175 per weekFull-time
HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Load Pay
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Drive coast-to-coast with HMD Trucking out of Winston-Salem, NC, moving flatbed freight safely and efficiently.
Key duties:
- Utilize advanced trucks with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, and removable rider seats
- Perform securement, tarping, and pre- and post-trip inspections
- Record miles accurately for base pay plus performance incentives
Benefit from a 500+ vehicle fleet, full in-house maintenance, consistent home time, and a benefits package featuring health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Must hold a Class A CDL and 12+ months of OTR flatbed experience.
