Now Hiring: Data Entry Clerk (Day Shift)
Location: Dallas, TX Shift: Day Shift- 6am-6pm
Pay: $20/hr Employment Type: Full-Time/Temporary (as applicable)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on the day shift. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong data accuracy skills. SAP experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry into SAP and other internal systems.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness. Scanning experience preferred.
- Process paperwork in a timely manner.
- Support warehouse operations with administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company records.
Qualifications:
- Previous SAP experience is required.
- Experience with document scanning and electronic file management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
