Jacksonville, FL Pay From: $18 Per Hour MUST: 2+years of experience in a high volume specialty medical office Preparing patient's charts medical records for upcoming appointments Calling patients to reconfirm appointment Assisting patients with kiosk check in Answering phones Responding to patient inquiries over the phone and thru EMR Strong customer service support Taking detailed phone messages Checking patients in and out Filing medical records Verifying experience Updating patient demographics Scheduling procedure appointments Strong documentation skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment

DUTIES: The Medical Receptionist duties include but are not limited to the following: Check patients in and collect ID's and insurance Assist patients with kiosk check in Have patients sign consents Update patient demographics Collect and process co-pays Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phone calls and assist callers as needed Take detailed phone messages Obtain and verify insurance Enter and update patient demographics in EMR Collect and process co-pays and outstanding payments Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
