Position Overview We are seeking a per diem, experienced, Board Certified neonatologist to join our outstanding group of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners at our Macon, Georgia practice. Practice and Clinical Features 66-bed, state-of-the-art, Level-III NICU Services include high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling Readily available subspecialty support Exceptional coverage by experienced NNPs Atrium Health Navicent is a designated Level-I trauma center and one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in Georgia Opened new 50,000 square foot neonatal intensive care unit: Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital in the first quarter of 2019 Shifts are 24 hours rounding plus call from home/hotel Qualifications Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required GA license or active IMLC required Compensation and Benefits Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation.
