Description Physical Therapist Acute Care Rehab Location: UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, Colorado Springs CO Department: Acute Care Rehabilitation Work Schedule: Part Time, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. Responsibilities Provide top-scope practice in direct patient care to offer various procedures. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Assess and diagnose: conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans: create individualized plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. Educate and instruct patients: provide education to patients and their families to empower them in their recovery process and promote long‑term well‑being.
