Kelly Services is hiring experienced Sit-Down / Tugger Forklift Operators in Springfield, TN. If you have forklift experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, apply today!
Shift & Pay
- 1st Shift
Start time as early as 4:00 AM (varies by department)
- $21.00–$22.50/hr (based on experience)
- 2nd Shift
Start time between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (varies by department)
- $23.00–$24.50/hr (based on experience)
What You'll Do
• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts and Tugger equipment safely and efficiently
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Load, unload, and stage materials for production
• Follow inventory and shipping procedures
• Complete daily equipment inspections
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous Sit-Down Forklift and/or Tugger experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
