This senior, cross-functional position is key to shaping how the ERP platform supports operations, growth, and long-term digital strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse management capabilities. This includes turning business priorities into a program of ERP enhancements, taking functional ownership of the D365 F&O platform, and ensuring that all changes meet GxP expectations. Applicants for the IT Head of Dynamics 365 role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years in ERP roles and a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. A deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain process design, as well as prior experience in a GxP or similarly regulated manufacturing setting, is essential. The role requires direct, hands-on experience in configuring D365, familiarity with KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools, and exposure to AI capabilities in an ERP and analytics context. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in managing third-party implementation or managed service partners and be adept at guiding the change control and validation process for ERP changes.
