This position is responsible for cleaning services to residential homes. Our staff performs a variety of housekeeping and cleaning duties that exceed industry guidelines and leave a lasting impression on everyone they serve. Pay is starting at $15/hour, based on experience. The position is located in Charlotte, NC 28210.We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; AD&D insurance; long-term disability insurance; 401(k) with company match; generous PTO and paid holidays; employee assistance program; on the bus line with discounted bus tickets; employee discount program; employee appreciation bonuses; free employee meals and parking; optional daily pay – work today, get paid today; and an exceptional work environment that is both engaging and fun!Primary responsibilities include performing cleaning services to residential homes daily, performing scheduled annual deep clean, cleaning floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items, cleaning all bathrooms, cleaning and polishing glass panels, doors, and partitions, straightening and rearranging furniture, cleaning building utility areas, closets, offices, lounges, lobbies, entrances, halls, meeting rooms, and stairways, and removing soiled laundry and returning clean laundry to residences in an organized manner.Qualifications include the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English; the ability to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday; the ability to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and push/pull on a cart; and being age 16 or older.
