Security Officer Entry Control Specialist – Monaca, PA As a Security Officer Entry Control Specialist in Monaca, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to control access for employees, contractors, and approved guests. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observations according to post orders and site procedures. Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, gates, and perimeter locations as directed, with attention to restricted areas and access control concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
