Experienced AC Installers ($30–$35+/hr)Must be confident handling full HVAC installations - including roof workWill operate forklifts, work with ducting, and install everything from mini-splits to full systemsExpected to work independently or lead small crews on site2. General Laborers with HVAC or Roofing Experience ($20–$25/hr)Will assist experienced technicians with system installsIdeal for someone looking to grow in HVAC while already familiar with construction or roof safetyYou'll load and unload materials, prep work sites, and support install crewsKey ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems (split, mini-split, package units, etc.)Work on rooftops, ladders, and in exposed environmentsOperate forklifts, power tools, and site vehicles (flatbed/pickup trucks)Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other tradesMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient work siteCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients and team leadsFollow OSHA and job-site safety guidelines at all timesRequired QualificationsFor All Candidates:Valid driver's license and clean abstractAble to pass a drug test and background checkAble to lift, carry, and install heavy materialsComfortable working outdoors and on rooftopsSafety-minded and dependableFor Installers (Higher Rate Tier):3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experienceProficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plansAble to troubleshoot and ensure clean, code-compliant installsMust bring own hand toolsFor Apprentice Laborers:Basic HVAC or roofing knowledge preferredWillingness to learn and follow instructionForklift experience is a plusJob Location & ScheduleLocation: Projects throughout Lahaina and Kā'anapali, MauiSchedule: Varies depending on the job site – must be flexibleType: Full-timeRelocation: ❌ No relocation assistance available – local candidates onlyHow to ApplyIf you're looking for steady work, professional respect, and a role where your effort makes a visible difference - this is it.✅ Apply online at: Call or text us at: View phone number on ziprecruiter.com
