Job DetailsJob Location: Chase City Health & Rehab - CHASE CITY, VA 23924Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $96,000.00 - $104,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DayAssistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Position Summary The Assistant Director of Nursing collaborates with the Director of Nursing to maximize the performance and satisfaction of the nursing department and foster a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations and regulatory compliance. Conduct clinical rounds and evaluate resident care needs. Supervise, coach, evaluate, recruit, hire, and onboard nursing staff. Coordinate orientation, staff education, QAPI, and infection prevention activities. Investigate incidents and concerns in accordance with regulations. Review staffing, medication records, treatment records, and care plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, residents, and families. Assume DON responsibilities in the DON’s absence.
