Job Title: CVOR RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 Years Required License: Pending License not accepted Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience with Neuro, Spine, Thoracic, and Vascular is a plus. - Experience circulating and scrubbing CVOR cases. - EPIC charting system experience required. Description: Position/Specialty: CVOR RN Start date: ASAP Shift: Days 4x10 from 06:45 to 17:15 with Cardiac call obligation. Years of experience required: 2 years. First-timers accepted. Weekend requirement: Yes, on an as-needed basis. Call requirement: Yes. CT Circulator call: 3 weeknight call shifts per 4-week schedule and 2 - 24 hour weekends per month (total of 5 call shifts). Floating within Client: Yes. Floating to sister Clients: No. Open to accommodating block schedules: No unless the posting states otherwise. Locals accepted. RTO Restrictions: 1 Week Max. Average daily census: 50-75. Rooms: 28. Patient Population: Orthopedic sports (limited total joints), lots of minimally invasive arthroscopic and laparoscopic cases, robotics, general, GYN, URO, and plastics. Staffing & Scheduling: Patient ratios not specified. Call required: Manager will discuss in the interview. Weekend Coverage: On-call weekend coverage may be required. Daily census: 16,500 annual. Number of rooms: 17. Additional Unit Information: Variety of complex surgical procedures, including organ transplantation, heart, lung, liver, kidney, and pancreas, cardiac surgery. Broad experience in general surgery, GYN, urology, ortho, and plastics required. 3-4 years of cardiovascular experience preferred.
