Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a personal sales pipeline to meet targets.

• Execute territory plans to maximize lead generation and conversions.

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from qualification to closure.

• Track and report progress with clear, measurable metrics weekly.

• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to drive value.

• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and data integrity in CRM.

• Contribute to a performance-driven culture by meeting or exceeding targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market initiatives.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends.

• Proactively seek feedback and pursue professional development opportunities.

• Attend on-site client meetings and presentations with professional conduct.

• Document and summarize customer interactions for knowledge sharing.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales with quota attainment.

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead to close.

• Strong CRM and data integrity with accurate forecasting.

• Territory planning and pipeline management skills.

• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication.

• Ability to tailor solutions to customer needs and ROI.

• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, ops).

• Up-to-date product/industry knowledge and continuous learning.

• On-site client engagement with professional conduct.

• Self-driven, growth mindset with measurable results focus.
