Position Overview

IMAGINiT is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Solutions Consultant to drive growth and market expansion for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, and SiteDocs across our customer base and target markets. This role serves as the subject matter expert and growth catalyst for these solution portfolios.

Strategic Business Development

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, and SiteDocs.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue net-new business opportunities and whitespace opportunities.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives to advance opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed revenue and growth objectives.

Consultative Solution Selling

• Understand customer business processes and challenges.
• Recommend solutions that improve collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Conduct discovery meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Develop business cases and value propositions.
• Position solutions against competitive alternatives through value-based selling.

Partner & Market Development

• Collaborate with Bluebeam, GoCanvas, and SiteDocs partner teams.
• Participate in partner planning, customer events, webinars, and marketing activities.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Provide market feedback to leadership and partners.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the organization.
• Assist sales teams with opportunity strategy and competitive positioning.
• Deliver internal training and enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with technical, customer success, marketing, and leadership teams.

Success Metrics

• Revenue and gross profit objectives
• Pipeline generation
• New customer acquisition
• Cross-sell and upsell growth
• Partner-sourced opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of B2B software, SaaS, or construction technology sales
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, Autodesk, or Procore
• Understanding of construction and project workflows
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

• Travel: Approximately 10-15% annually
