Skills on the Hill LLC is seeking a senior Occupational Therapist to join our leadership team in the DC/Arlington area. The role blends 80% clinical work with 20% leadership, mentoring clinicians and developing systems to support high-quality pediatric care. You will work with the Clinical Director and OT leaders, helping hire, onboard, and build discipline resources while maintaining direct clinical practice.
