Business Development Operations Manager

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Development Operations Manager will coordinate high-priority strategic pursuits, enhance business development operations, and champion AI-driven initiatives to support firm growth and efficiency. Key responsibilities Lead execution of strategic pursuits, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective team collaboration Partner with various teams to evolve operating models and improve efficiency across the enterprise Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into pursuit processes and support change management for new technologies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment Healthcare focus or background preferred Bachelor's degree required Strong project management experience with the ability to manage tight timelines Advanced capabilities in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
