Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist Needed in Northern California (j-235657)

Seeking Qualified and Experienced Anesthesiologists for Locum Tenens Roles

We are searching for skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologists to join our team and provide locum tenens coverage for a long-term vacancy. This is a temporary opportunity with a flexible start date as soon as possible (ASAP) and lasting until the permanent position is filled.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care to patients undergoing various inpatient surgical procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage and monitor patients throughout the perioperative period (pre-, intra-, and post-operative).
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the Epic electronic medical record system.
• Participate in a scheduled call schedule, with both weekday on-site call and weekend remote call options.

Qualifications:

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology.
• Valid medical license in the state of California (CA) only.
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital setting is preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and communication abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
• While a permanent California DEA license is preferred, it is not mandatory for this locum tenens opportunity.
