Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Livingston, New Jersey

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; every other weekend required; must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit needs

Highlights:

• Float pool position based in a 56-bed Level III NICU with floating to PICU, Pediatrics, and Newborn Nursery
• Work within a Regional Perinatal Center caring for over 1,200 premature and ill newborns annually
• EPIC charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Appropriate patient assignments based on skill set provided when floating
• 597-bed teaching hospital affiliated with a major medical school
• Navy pants and pediatric scrub tops required

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey or Compact state RN license required at time of submission
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience with documented NICU Level III and PICU experience
• EPIC charting experience required
• Clinical skills required: A-line management, central line/implanted line care, UAC/UVC, IV vasopressors, steroids, surfactants
• Cardiac/respiratory skills: dysrhythmia interpretation/management, ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
• GI/Neuro skills: multiple feeding methods (bottle, breast, gavage), NG/NJ tube placement and management, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome experience
• Experience with neonates less than 24-28 weeks gestation
• First-time travelers and local candidates accepted
