Job Description AI Business Analyst Location Stockton, CA Remote About The Role We are seeking an experienced AI Business Operations Analyst to serve as a bridge between client business goals and technical implementation. Working directly with senior leadership at client organizations, you will design future-state solutions and provide clear blueprints for our solutions architects. This is an early role on our forward-deployed team, offering fast cycles and tight feedback loops. Responsibilities Partner with client leaders to identify strategic opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and data improvements. Collaborate across teams to gather information, align stakeholders, and drive decisions. Map current processes and design future-state workflows. Write clear, implementation-ready specifications for engineering. Prioritize opportunities with client leadership based on value, feasibility, and strategic importance. Oversee build phases to ensure alignment with identified opportunities. Qualifications Strong track record in business operations, strategy, or consulting. Excellent business analysis and systems thinking skills. Ability to navigate organizations, gather information, and drive alignment. Superior facilitation and communication skills, including experience with executives. Capacity to translate business problems into clear requirements and technical constraints into plain language. Curiosity about AI and ability to identify where it creates value. Bias for speed and comfort with ambiguity and short cycles. Fluency in Spanish and English (required). Travel & Logistics Hybrid role with flexible hours. Occasional commuting to Bay Area office and international travel to client sites with advance notice.
