Senior Manager, Commercial Finance Americas Drive financial reporting, analysis, and planning across the Americas region, partnering with business leaders in supply chain, R&D, procurement, and operations to deliver profitable growth, support pricing and margin strategies, and provide market insights. Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities for the Americas region. Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and performance monitoring. Guide sales pricing, margin analysis, and market insights. Provide reporting for key performance indicators including volume, margin, pricing actions, targets, and strategic initiatives. Create and manage effective financial metrics to support management decisions. Produce ad‑hoc analysis for scenario planning. Manage financial budget cycles, tools, and analytics to develop annual targets. Develop monthly volume and margin forecasts to drive near‑term and annual performance visibility. Prepare a five‑year growth plan, modeling organic and inorganic growth. Leverage systems and data integrity processes to deliver accurate financial information. Identify and implement business process changes or system enhancements to improve data capture and continuous improvement. Execute month‑end closing procedures for accurate and timely reporting. Manage regional product costing processes for accurate cost data. Support external audit requests and maintain controls to prevent weaknesses. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Analytics preferred. 7+ years’ experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment (chemical manufacturing background a plus). Strong financial analysis and problem‑solving skills. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable information. Self‑starter capable of completing projects from start to finish. Trustworthy with confidential information. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with peers and all levels of management. Team player who interacts effectively with cross‑functional teams. Proactive and well organized. Consistently meets deadlines in a dynamic environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities. Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus) and CPM (OneStream a plus).
