We are looking for an experience Practice Manager to join our team. 

The Practice Manager oversees the hospital’s daily operations, team, client experience, and financial performance. This role works closely with the medical team and CVP leadership to ensure a positive environment and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support hospital staff.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage daily hospital operations, inventory, facilities, and compliance.
• Address client concerns and support a positive client experience.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, payroll, and purchasing.
• Support marketing, community relationships, and hospital growth.
• Partner with veterinary and CVP leadership on hospital goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of veterinary hospital management experience.
• Emergency or specialty experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Veterinary Practice Management certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
