Crucial Link is hiring for a 3rd Shift Material Handler/Machine Tender in Berea, OH !
This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with raises and full benefits once hired on.
Shift & Pay:
- Train on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 7:30am–4:00pm) for at least 2 weeks
- Move to 3rd Shift (Sun–Thurs 11:30pm–8:00am)
- $18.25/ hr
Job Overview:
You’ll handle materials, tend machines, and support production in a busy plastics manufacturing environment. Ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with overnight work.
Responsibilities:
- Move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished goods
- Monitor machines and report issues to setup operators
- Perform visual inspections for quality
- Keep accurate production and inventory records
- Follow all safety rules and wear PPE
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (mechanical aids available)
- Reliable transportation (not bus accessible)
- Pass background check and drug test
