Crucial Link is hiring for a 3rd Shift Material Handler/Machine Tender in Berea, OH !

This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with raises and full benefits once hired on.

Shift & Pay:

Train on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 7:30am–4:00pm) for at least 2 weeks
Move to 3rd Shift (Sun–Thurs 11:30pm–8:00am)
$18.25/ hr

Job Overview:
You’ll handle materials, tend machines, and support production in a busy plastics manufacturing environment. Ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with overnight work.

Responsibilities:

Move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished goods
Monitor machines and report issues to setup operators
Perform visual inspections for quality
Keep accurate production and inventory records
Follow all safety rules and wear PPE

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs (mechanical aids available)
Reliable transportation (not bus accessible)
Pass background check and drug test
