Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations as the primary legal partner for Sales and Client Relationship teams Streamline contract administration and maintain HubSpot as the central source for contract data Support global expansion by adapting terms and conditions for new markets Required Qualifications JD and active membership in a U.S. state bar Approximately 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial technology agreements Hands-on approach with a focus on efficiency and process automation Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted legal tools is advantageous
