Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Previous skilled nursing facility experience required for new graduates

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• Floating required to other rehab therapy settings
