We are working with a top AmLaw firm who is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join our Corporate Finance practice. This role may be based in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, or Miami .

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of corporate and transactional experience , with a focus on finance and banking
- Strong analytical and writing skills and a solid academic background
- Bar admission in the jurisdiction where the role is based
