We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support membership services for a manufacturing organization in Diamond Bar, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, handling high-volume communication, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help deliver responsive service across phone and administrative channels while ensuring a detail-oriented and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:• Manage incoming customer calls and respond to service-related questions with accuracy and courtesy
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify account details, or provide updates
• Enter orders, service requests, and customer information into CRM and internal databases with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions for recordkeeping purposes
• Support membership-related inquiries by providing clear guidance and timely issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to address escalated concerns and ensure smooth completion of customer requests
• Perform data entry and administrative support tasks that contribute to efficient daily operations
• Participate in outreach activities and customer communications that strengthen engagement and service delivery• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented and customer-focused manner
• Experience using CRM systems and entering information accurately into digital records
• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced office environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented approach
• Comfortable working Monday through Friday in a business casual workplace setting
