If you're dependable, enjoy physical work, and thrive in a leadership role, we'd love to have you on our team. As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for running each job from beginning to end. You'll lead your crew, communicate directly with customers, provide on-site estimates, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely operate company trucks to and from customer locations.
• Lead and motivate your teammate throughout the day.
• Meet with customers, assess the job, and provide upfront pricing.
• Remove and load unwanted items safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking truck.
• Deliver five-star customer service on every job.
• Follow company safety procedures and uphold TopDawg's standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy items.
• Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions.
• Previous leadership, moving, labor, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
