Automotive Service Manager

You are highly organized, excellent communicator, deliver numbers and results while working harmoniously with both internal customers and external customers. C&J Automotive Service Managers are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. Shop Morale. Greet clients and maintain showroom. Schedule appointments. Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc. Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of. Receiving/ordering/posting parts. Review digital inspections. Requirements Automotive Experience. Detail oriented. Valid driver's license. Sales Experience. Organized. Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus. Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. Manage client experience from beginning to end.
