Your Role We are seeking a Teacher Assistant who is passionate about supporting children within an authentic Montessori environment by assisting the Lead Teacher and helping maintain a calm, respectful classroom. This is a role for someone who values: Supporting independence in children Learning and applying Montessori principles Being part of a collaborative classroom team Building positive relationships with children and staff Core Responsibilities Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining an authentic Montessori environment Assist with classroom flow and daily routines Work hands‑on with children throughout the day Help prepare and maintain materials and the environment Support children’s independence and engagement Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and team to maintain consistency Build respectful, professional relationships with children and staff Qualifications Experience working with children preferred Interest in or familiarity with Montessori philosophy Ability to create a calm, structured, and respectful environment Reliable, collaborative, and consistent Strong communication skills Why Join Us?
