Job Summary:

Angel Companions, a leading provider of private duty non-medical in-home senior care in Decatur, Georgia, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated caregivers. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with daily living activities, such as medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Observe and report any changes in clients' condition to the care manager or other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA in a home care or long-term care setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely and comfortably; ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
